Snow returns

It has been snowing fairly steadily now throughout the afternoon, which bodes well for the morning laps. We haven't gotten as much out of this little storm as resorts to the south. In the last 48 hours, we've gotten four inches, while Purgatory got 28 (!) and Telluride 18. Steamboat, to our northeast, also did well, with 16 in the last 48 hours. Okay everybody, turn off those heated driveways! Wednesday is expected to be sunny and then more snow is in the forecast for Thursday. If you're coming out for Prez weekend, it should be good skiing. And if today was any indication, the mountain should be fairly quiet. This is, we kind of hate to tell you really, a good year to come visit. Good snow, cheap prices, lots of flights, etc. But really, there are also lots of other good Colorado resorts! Honest. Check 'em out. And stuff.
